The Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) proposes minor and technical amendments to the Proposition 47 Request for Proposals (RFP) and is considering different Applicant Eligibility options for the next round of grants.
Written public comment on proposed RFP changes and Applicant Eligibility may be submitted to the Proposition 47 inbox at Prop47@bscc.ca.gov from September 28, 2018 - October 28, 2018. Please note that some of the content of the RFP is required by statute, regulation or state procedures and cannot be altered. In instances where the public suggests changes that cannot be made, the public comment will not be provided to the Board for consideration.
