To provide comment during the listening session, please email publiccomment@bscc.ca.gov. In the subject line of the email, list the program purpose area(s) on which you would like to speak. Please wait for your name to be called.
To provide written comment:
- Email: JAG2022@bscc.ca.gov. In the subject line of the email, list the program purpose area(s) on which you are providing input.

Written comment must be received by October 30, 2020.
All public comment should be related to one or more of the following federally approved JAG program purpose areas:
- Law enforcement programs
- Prosecution and court programs
- Prevention and education programs
- Corrections and community corrections programs
- Drug treatment and enforcement programs
- Planning, evaluation, and technology improvement programs
- Crime victim and witness programs (other than compensation)
- Mental health programs and related law enforcement and corrections programs, including behavioral programs and crisis intervention teams
