On May 11, 2018 the State Public Works Board adopted resolution approving updated form of agreements below that would replace prior form of agreements approved on December 13, 2013. Furthermore, in order to facilitate timely delivery of projects, the State Public Works Board delegated the Executive Director and any of the Deputy Directors the authority to execute or consent to the agreements for each Project, or future legislatively authorized projects, with changes as required or approved by the Executive Director or Deputy Director, subject to specified conditions.
