Adult Local Criminal Justice Facilities Construction (SB 1022)
On June 27, 2012, the Adult Local Criminal Justice Facilities Construction Program became law (also known and referred to as SB 1022). Up to $500 million was authorized in lease revenue bond financing for the acquisition, design, and construction of adult local criminal justice facilities. SB 1022 Legislation
