State Leadership Accountability Act (SLAA)
In accordance with the State Leadership Accountability Act (SLAA), outlined in Government Code 13405, the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) is required to submit a report to the Director of the California Department of Finance on its review of systems of internal control and monitoring processes for a biennial period ending on December 31st of every odd-numbered year.

BSCC Conflict of Interest Code
Pursuant to Government Code Section 11343(c)(1), the Board of State and Community Corrections Conflict of Interest Code (Title 15, Section 1, California Code of Regulations) has been posted to this website. The Conflict of Interest Code was approved by the Office of Administrative Law and filed with the Secretary of State on November 30, 2017 and will be effective 30 days thereafter.
