The BSCC Conflict of Interest Code outlines the disclosure categories for individuals holding designated positions, for use with the Political Reform Act and filing of Statements of Economic Interests (Form 700s).

Pursuant to Government Code Section 11343(c)(1), the Board of State and Community Corrections Conflict of Interest Code (Title 15, Section 1, California Code of Regulations) has been posted to this website. The Conflict of Interest Code was approved by the Office of Administrative Law and filed with the Secretary of State on November 5, 2014 and will be effective 30 days thereafter.
